I started doing yoga to help me ease anxiety, manage stress, and heal physical illnesses & discomforts.
Yoga has changed for me over the years and I have learned a lot about myself, mentally, emotionally, physically, & spiritually because of this practice!
The most important piece I learned, is that I have a journey & a story to tell that can help others and that has become my purpose, my gift, and my intention, to share that with YOU!
